XF551 Enhancer Module from CSS

This is my first post here on this site since I joined a few weeks ago. I am hoping that I can get some help here. I am trying to recreate the XF551 Enhancer module that CSS put out years ago.
I have been in contact with Bob Puff of CSS a year or so ago attempting to gain information on other products as well. He seemed willing to release the info to me, but then he stopped responding to my emails. He at no point said no. Just seemed to lose interest.
I have a thread on http://atariage.com/forums/topic/237930-xf551-enhancer-info-needed on this topic as well. But some members here might not visit AtariAge.com very often or at all, so I decided to post here as well.
I have a schematic that I have worked on over the last day or two. It's what I think is happening. If you have suggestions or believe I am wrong, please comment.
