ALibPc v0.4.1 is a maintenance and minor development release and testing is now near completion. the software will be released shortly. Here is what's new:

* Started implementation of the Librarian functionality
* Minor changes to some dialogs
* Minor changes to high-speed handling
* Fixed a bug that left the COM port open sometimes causing unpredictable drive detection.
* Fixed a bug that caused submitted format operations to sometimes fail to start.
+ Added a short delay after opening the serial port to let the handshake signal to settle.
+ Added online and offline documentation (work in progress).
+ Added RTS as an additional handshake signal for greater compatibility with available devices.
+ Added inverted handshake signal support for devices using inverted logic.
+ Added code to automatically rescan the COM port for drives after changes applied in Preferences Dialog.

Nice to know that there is still progress. I enjoy the Linux version of AspeQt 1.02 very much.

But I am not fine with the lost connection in the interface to the user guide as the domain atari8warez.com is no longer valid. As I am neither a fan of g@@gle nor of fakeb@@k it would be nice to have another option for access.

Yes the domain atari8warez.com is gone, but AspeQt version 1.03 (Windows) has online access to the user guide via google drive. Same for ALibPc. I don't have the Linux version of AspeQt compiled yet but it will be available sometime in the near future.

And FYI, you don't need to be a Facebook or Google user to access my pages or download software. I currently have no other solution for access.
