Hi all (sorry, my German is not that good ),

I made a deal with the publisher of the new English Atari 8-bit magazine "Excel" to make it available at the Abbuc JHV. This magazine is a full color 44 to 52 pages magazine in A4 format. I must honestly say, it looks amazing.

You can save a lot of shipping costs when you buy it in Herten

I will take 10 copies of each issue with me. Price will be around € 5.75. If there is a lot of interest, please let me know. I can ask Robert (the publisher) to send more copies.

Not completely true

This is just for the Excel magazine. I have asked Robert to send me 10 copies for each of the 3 issues. I honestly don't know how many people at the JHV want a copy. So I am trying to find out if 10 copies is enough. There is still some time to increase the number of copies he will send to me. So no one will be dissapointed that there were not enough magazines at the JHV.

Nobody has to pay in advance and to make it clear: it is just a service from me to you. I am not making any money out of this, not a eurocent.

I know you did not ask for this explanation but I wanted to make this clear.

the Abbuc member who also wants to sell the Excel magazines at the JHV has not stepped forward yet...

Maybe he wants a higher price for the magazines than you ?

Maybe the demand is bigger than the magazines he has available ?

And maybe I have personal reasons not to buy from him ?
(No, I do not know who that Abbuc member is, so this is just an example.)

So, you should still bring the magazines to the JHV... or did he get exclusive rights to sell the magazines in Germany? I do not think so.

If some other Abbuc member said, that he wants to sell A8 carts/disks/tapes/magazines/whatever at the JHV, I am still allowed to do the same... at any price I want and in any quantity I want. We call this supply and demand in a free market economy.
