Hi,

Turbo BASIC is especially fragile when it comes to memory maps.
You can't use a DOS that uses XL memory under the ROM.
You can't load ANY handlers AT ALL with the standard version, because TBASIC puts itself in an assumed fixed address after FMS.
I had to get the relocatable version that is distributed with LiteDOS.
This is why I was so happy when dmsc folded SIO and FujiNet commands right into FastBASIC.
hm, looks like that relocatable version of Turbo BASIC ONLY works in LiteDOS.
I put it in MyDOS along with the NDEV and it goes boom.
A good smoke test for NDEV is to do a change dir in BASIC, e.g.
XIO 44,#1,0,0,"N:TNFS://APPS.IRATA.ONLINE/"
meanwhile, trying to get turbo basic and ndev to play nice together
ugh
ptsd
nope, nobody will EVER load ANY device handlers of any kind, why would you want to?!
MOVE MEMLO?! NOPE!
