There was a user who ran into the issue of the SSID being one byte too small, so it was corrected. This did cause a change in the Fuji protocol, an addition of one byte. Because SIO commands must have a known quantity, and can't be fewer or more bytes than what is defined in the device control block...

We really tried to get the ESP32 boot time as fast as possible. Spent months on it.
We're still approximately 50 milliseconds too slow for the 400/800 boot process.

The header bytes specify a sector range and number of sectors. If they are 0, then high score mode is not enabled. If they are, then any writes outside of that sector range are not done, and an error is issued. If they are, any writes inside the sector range happen. This means, that to use this mode...

Yes, the n-handler.atr will work, and I do have a pre-made BW-DOS 1.3 on the apps.irata.online TNFS server.
The reason I mentioned, is perhaps you'd want to take some of the commands and make them intrinsic?
