Just PhiXEL - real PHI2 fixer for each A8

I would like to announce very easy mod which can be very usable when we have some trouble with stable PHI2 (generated by CPU) signal. If we have more devices connected to CPU bus (all needs PHI2 as clock signal) the PHI2 is corrupted, and phase if floating. My solution eliminating this issue and is fully buffered PHI2 signal without any not expected phase drift. We're did a few test and now we are waiting for first PCB parts. PhiXEL will be available soon.
