"in the 1.3 firmware the TCP for CONFIG is activated by default, if only the server supports it (and the newest version of the tnfsd does).
If TCP is not supported by the tnfsd server (or e.g.: the TCP 16384 port is blocked by firewall), firmware 1.3 will fallback to UDP."
