The best of Atari XL/XE demoscene music vol. 1 - premiere

Hi,

At this year's LastParty in Licheń Stary, the premiere of the album "The best of Atari XL/XE demoscene music vol. 1" took place, released as a vinyl longplay. The album features 12 tracks by various musicians from the Atari demoscene. The album was prepared by Sebastian Pawlak (tr1x) and Grzegorz Żyła (Sun). All tracks were played on a real POKEY (or two using a PTODT POKEY STEREO II), recorded and mastered by Michał Baj (EPROM). I personally participated in the first listening session of the album and was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and the release. I hope this is just the beginning of a series of vinyl records featuring Atari music :-)

The album was released in a limited edition of only 150 copies and is available for purchase in the PTODT store. I can also help arrange a group shipment if anyone is interested.

I highly recommend it, as this album is a super cool artifact related to Atari and the demoscene!
